Complaints

If you need to make a complaint about any element of the product or service you have received from Neptune, please write to the Complaints Department, Neptune Investment Management Limited, PO Box 9004, Chelmsford CM99 2WR. A copy of our complaints procedure is available from us on request. If you are still unsatisfied following our review of the complaint, you also have the right to refer your complaint directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR. If we are unable to meet any of our obligations to you, you may be entitled to compensation under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. A statement detailing your rights to compensation is available on request.
